HARRISBURG, Pa. – Pennsylvania credit unions may have access to key card marketing research, analysis and advice once the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association finalizes its business partnership with Illinois-based Raddon Financial Group. The agreement will cover more than just cards and will include target marketing in a variety of products, the PCUA said. The PCUA's board of directors voted to approve the business partnership at a recent board meeting. Gary Raddon has been on the record across the country as a leading advocate of credit unions keeping their card portfolios and managing them in a way that they can perform as well as they do when banks buy them.
