I disagree with Mike Welch's assertion in his Aug. 11 column "Don't Jump to Conclusions Regarding CEO's Pay" that questions "what possible good" could come from members learning what the CEO of their credit union is paid. Why not full disclosure of salaries? Every two years the salaries of all Missouri state employees are disclosed in a state publication popularly referred to as the `blue book' which is available to everyone. Perhaps with sun shedding light on the compensation of executives some of the abuses would not have occurred in our nation's corporations.
