BETHPAGE, N.Y. – Bethpage FCU is the latest credit union to launch a Real Estate and Home Rebate Program with CU Realty. By using the program, members are eligible to receive a rebate of up to 1% of the value of their home being sold or purchased. Through the program, CU Realty assists the homebuyer or seller by providing them with various online tools to help them look up information when searching for a new home. They can use the Multiple Listing Service, review the market value, and get neighborhood and school information. To be eligible for the rebate, the credit union member must select an Approved Agent from CU Reality. Several other credit unions are also involved with the CU Realty Program including Oceanside Christopher FCU, Suffolk FCU, Nassau Educators FCU, and North Shore Health System FCU.
