TEMPE, Ariz. – Credit union consulting firm LemmonTree Enterprises has recently launched an E-Marketing Department. “Knowing that e-marketing is a burgeoning tool for credit unions to reach online members, we built a solution to target members who utilize the home banking feature or Web site to manage their money as well as high tech young professionals that enjoy fast communication and online access,” said Nicolette Lemmon, President of LemmonTree Enterprises, Inc. “In a saturated marketplace, credit unions need to find every avenue, especially a lower cost option to cross sell and retain member relationships and e-marketing is the next fertile territory.” Targeting a credit union's online members, the E-Marketing Department includes: the set up of an e-mail address database which is monitored and updated by LemmonTree; templates for e-newsletters and e-cards with clickable links; and tracking of all click-through activity from each mailing. In compliance with the CAN SPAM ACT the process includes opt-out as well as opt-in features.
