MADISON, Wis. – Fifty-two credit union executives were the first to attend the inaugural year of the Advanced Leadership Institute at Harvard Business School in Boston that was offered by the Credit Union Executives Society (CUES), in partnership with the California Credit Union League. The Advanced Leadership Institute is a five-day executive education program for top credit union leaders that covers intense leadership development, including case studies, faculty presentations and guest speakers. Sessions included future-focused topics that studied where the credit union movement is headed in the coming years. Attendees also worked closely with Harvard Business School faculty and colleagues throughout the program to develop new ways to improve service, redefine boundaries through cooperative alliances, and build an overall strategy for growth. Attendees also raised $300 for the Children's Miracle Network on the final day of the Institute.
