PORTLAND, Ore. – TitleAuctions Inc. is now offering credit unions a way to extend the online bid action to their members. The company provides competitive-bid auction software to credit unions to help sell repossessed vehicles and now is offering a new solution it calls Member Auctions. Member Auctions allows credit unions to provide their members the opportunity to sell their own car, truck, motorcycle or boat on the credit union's Web site. The credit union then can direct bidders to its online loan application page each step of the way. "For the past 12 months, credit unions have asked us to build this product. Any credit union with a Web site – large or small – can use it, and we're excited about its potential to augment auto loan revenue for our credit union customers," says Mark Coleman, CEO of Portland-based TitleAuctions.
