TUKWILA, Wash. – Prime Alliance Real Estate Services, a purchase-money mortgage lending initiative launched by Prime Alliance Solutions in May in partnership with Prudential Northwest Realty, LLC, is getting ready to expand this month with seven Dallas-area CUs that work with CU Members Mortgage, the credit union division of financial services firm Colonial Savings F.A. The seven participating credit unions are: Unity One FCU, Las Colinas FCU, Texas Federal CU, Texans CU, CU of Texas, Qualtrust CU, and Resource One CU. Prime Alliance Real Estate Services expects to expand again in September when it's launched in Florida in partnership with GTE FCU, MacDill FCU, and Suncoast FCU. Prime Alliance says the program "is designed to take the guesswork out of the home buying/selling event."
