RAPID CITY, S.D. – Black Hills Federal Credit Union is preparing for Check 21 by committing to IMAGECENTER BY TWS to migrate its transactions processing to an image-based system. The $471 million CU, the largest in the Dakotas, will use the TWS Systems solution to collect check images and distribute them to archives, the CU’s Web site for member access, and other endpoints. It also can send and receive substitute documents. “We expect IMAGECENTER to eliminate most of the manual entries and balancing we do on a daily basis and allow us more time to focus on providing our members with quality service,” says Sandi Stone, the 44,000-member CU’s share draft and purchasing manager. Based in Clearwater, Fla., TWS Systems provides ATM deposit management, fraud prevention and transactions processing solutions to financial institutions.
