HARRISBURG, Pa. – Carl Zysk, NCUA Regional Director for the NCUA Mid-Atlantic Region II, died July 24. He was 81. A native of Erie, Zysk served as an RD from April 1977-July 1980 when he retired from the NCUA as Special Assistant to the NCUA Board. Zysk is survived by his wife of 58 years, Sophie, and a son who is vice president of credit services at Pennsylvania State Employees CU. Another son died in 1992. An obituary in The Harrisburg PatriotNews stated that “the burial will be private, at the convenience of the family.”
