CLEARWATER, Fla. – More than 80 credit unions logged on to participate in a Web seminar on how to counter card fraud offered by Card Services for Credit Unions and card processor Certegy. CSCU is the association of credit unions that process their card transactions with Certegy. The Web seminar featured Lori Williams, Director of fraud services for Certegy and focused on how credit unions can best use their existing card tools and skills to catch the latest card frauds before too much damage is done. "This presentation has always been among our most popular whenever we give it and we are already collecting the names of credit unions who might have missed it but would want to take part if we offered it a second time," said Sue Chrzan, spokeswoman for CSCU.
