COLUMBUS, Ohio – BMI Federal Credit Union and Worthington Industries Inc. Federal Credit Union have recently agreed to merge. Under the agreement effective October 1 Worthington Industries Inc. FCU's $11 million in assets and 3,500 members will be part of BMI FCU. BMI FCU currently has $210 million in assets and serves 26,000 members.
