CLEARWATER, Fla. – Baxter Credit Union will deploy a back-office image processing and check truncation platform from TWS Systems that will help the $880 million Illinois CU prepare for Check 21, the company said. The credit union plans to fully implement IMAGECENTER before the Oct. 28 official enactment of the new Check 21 law, the Clearwater-based company said. The platform processes imaged and non-imaged items from multiple channels, consolidates regional and central back-office processing operations and can send and receive substitute documents for check truncation, TWS Systems said.
