ORLANDO, Fla. - Credit unions using the Nautilus enterprise content management suite from Fiserv Imagesoft now can sign up for a multi-option disaster recovery service from the imaging technology provider. The service is offered in basic, assisted and hosted-services levels and is designed to allow financial institutions of any size to recover processing functions quickly, without interruption, after any hardware, software or operational malfunction associated with their Nautilus system. The Imagesoft DR Services Team are Nautilus specialists with advanced certifications from Microsoft, Citrix and/or Cisco, according to Ron Thompson, president of Fiserv Imagesoft. "With Nautilus Disaster Recovery Services, our customers know their systems are being managed by experts that intimately understand the system, as well as the critical business needs it serves," Thompson says.
