NAPERVILLE, Ill. – Baker Hill, a business solutions provider, will participate in Bator Training & Consulting, Inc.’s Business Lending & Trust Seminars for Credit Unions this fall. Formed in 2001, BTC is a training and consulting firm. Pat Spencer, credit union solutions manager for Baker Hill, will facilitate an in-depth discussion on business lending offering factors to consider when credit unions plan to offer business lending to their membership, said Ken Bator, president of BTC. Baker Hill has partnered with credit unions for use of its LiquidCredit Bank2Business program to facilitate member business lending applications A former assistant vice president of FORUM Credit Union, Spencer’s areas of expertise include commercial lending, credit analysis, loan-portfolio management, loan participations, credit scoring, and automated underwriting and process management for start-up member business lending operations. The BTC Business Lending & Trust Seminars will be held at DePaul University’s Naperville campus Oct. 25-28. The seminar will be repeated from March 14 to March 17, 2005 at the same location.
