PORTLAND, Ore. – A year after signing its first client credit union, TitleAuctions Inc. says it now is providing its car, truck and boat auction software to more than one million credit union members. The vendor of scalable, competitive-bid auction software and training for re-marketing repossessed vehicles now serves 43 credit unions in 14 states after starting in May 2003 with one client credit union in its home state of Oregon. More than 250 repos have been sold, each for the asking price or higher and 85% of them went to the participating CU’s own members, says Mark Coleman, TitleAuctions president and CEO.
