INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – A small North Carolina credit union has signed up as the first user of RDS' new Internet banking platform. East Coast Credit Union of Wilmington also is a new user of RDS' cuStar21 core data processing software. "The cuStar21 software's highly scalable solution will assist our institution in the roll-out of additional service offerings and will support our ability to serve as our members' primary financial institution," says Lana Krieps, CEO of the $11 million, 2,600-member CU. The RDSNet Internet Banking module, meanwhile, is the second software release in RDS' new core processing solution scheduled for completion in 2005. The first release, the RDSNet Credit Card module, has already been installed in several sites across the country. East Coast CU is running the Windows-based cuStar 21 system as an ASP and also has implemented the 100-client Indianapolis-based vendor's TAPS Lending loan origination solution as well as collections, reports, and image capture solutions.
