ONTARIO, Calif. – The CO-OP Network, the largest credit union owned, surcharge-free network in the country, has gotten a bit bigger by signing two more Minnesota credit unions to its rolls. The $300 million City & County Credit Union, headquartered in St. Paul, and the $470 million Twin-City Co-ops FCU both became members of the network in early July, the Network said. “CO-OP Network presented quite a few benefits by becoming our full EFT processor, so our decision to join was easy,” said Patrick Pierce, president and CEO of City & County CU. “With service as a premium in the financial industry, joining CO-OP Network was the logical choice. Our members will experience cheaper processing costs and the convenience of getting their money at even more locations.” CO-OP Network has 19,000 ATMs nationwide that are fee-free to Network cardholders.
