Central Florida Educators Federal Credit Union, Orlando, has named Cesar Ruiz director of business services, Brandy Kelly assistant vice president/Winter Garden branch manager; and Becky Humphrey business development manager. Army Aviation Center Federal Credit Union, Daleville, Ala., has elected the following officers to its board: Donald J. Marnon, chairman; Charlie Mingus, vice chairman; Cracker Waldrop, secretary; and Betty Hughes treasurer. In addition, AACFCU has elected Herb Strickland and Tom Frezell board members-at-large. This year’s supervisory committee consists of Mickey Davis, chairman; Larry Eagerton secretary; and directors Gerald Strange and Roger Turnquist. Alabama Credit Union League, Birmingham, has named Michele R. Willis senior account executive for its Financial Marketing Group.
