NAPERVILLE, Ill. – Two of the industry’s greenest areas of service will be the focus of a fall seminar hosted by Bator Training & Consulting, Inc. BTC will host its Business Lending & Trust Seminar for Credit Unions Oct. 25-28 at DePaul University’s Naperville campus here. In addition to Ken Bator, president/CEO of BTC, guest speakers will share expertise in such areas as utilizing business-lending software, choosing a CUSO or partner, adhering to regulations, and networking with small business owners. The four-day seminar will concentrate on providing attendees with pertinent knowledge on the key areas of business lending and trusts, including marketing and business development. “There are too many instances when credit unions offer a valuable service but members have no idea how it can benefit them, or even that it’s available, due to a lack of assertive selling practices,” Bator said. Formed in 2001, BTC is a sales, marketing and management consulting firm for credit unions. For more details on the fall seminar, log on to www.btcinc.net.
