WATERLOO, Iowa- John Deere Community Credit Union (JDCCU) has set aside $5 million to assist qualifying members with a special storm damage loan program. Given recent storms that have hit across the state the loan is designed to help members who have suffered a loss due to tornado, flooding, and storm-related damage. The maximum loan amount per household is $10,000 at a fixed annual percentage rate of 6.25%. Members must indicate the specific purpose for the loan when applying. The offer will be available through August 31, 2004, or until the $5 million is loaned out, whichever occurs first.
