TUKWILA, Wash. – Credit unions participating with Prime Alliance Solutions have an expanded list of benefits from Fannie Mae which the company recently announced in recognition, it said, "of the value Fannie Mae places on its relationship with Prime Alliance Solutions and the credit unions it serves." The new benefits include: * broadening the variety of mortgage products Prime Alliance credit unions can offer their members through the PA Web site and sell to Fannie Mae. These products will include InterestFirstT Mortgages, MyCommunityMortgageT products, and the new Credit Union Affordable MortgageT; * increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of their quality assurance processes and their ability to cross-sell other products by integrating its Automated Property ServiceT into the Prime Alliance platform and making it available at highly favorable rates; * reducing the costs and time associated with fulfilling Fannie Mae's quality assurance processes by eliminating or reducing some otherwise standard requirement; * and making it easier to do business with Fannie Mae by offering more free Web seminars on topics of interest to Prime Alliance credit unions. The announcement of the new benefits were made last month by Fannie Mae SVP Jeff Hayward at Prime Alliance's symposium on May 18.
