DULUTH, Ga. – Talk about a credit union building. A new facility here will house corporate credit union Georgia Central CU, Georgia CU Affiliates, Georgia FCU and the southeastern regional office of CUNA Mutual Group. Georgia Central moved into 10,000 square feet on the second story of the three-story building May 21. It will share the second floor with the League, which moved in last week. The building was built and is owned by Georgia FCU, which will occupy the first and third floors, with CUNA Mutual having some office space on the third floor. “Georgia Central had been thinking about moving, the League was thinking of moving. It just so happened that Georgia Federal was working on the plan for its building. The architect found a way to put another floor on so we could all move on,” said Georgia Central CU marketing exec Amy Fuller.
