DENVER – Aimbridge Home Loans, one of five divisions of the Aimbridge Group and a full-service mortgage provider for credit unions and their members, launched an incentive program – the Aimbridge Employee Recognition Opportunity (AERO) – that awards credit union employees for referring members to Aimbridge Home Loans. When a CU employ refers a member to the company's mortgage program and that loan closes, the employee receives a $25 gift certificate to Giftcertificates.com, a Web site where consumers can purchase online an assortment of restaurant, travel, entertainment, and apparel-related products and services. Each credit union employee is given the forms to enter the name, address, telephone number and credit union affiliation of the member interested in the home loan. The form is faxed to Aimbridge Home Loans, and the member information is uploaded into the Aimbridge system. The employee receives the gift certificate when the loan closes.
