CHICAGO – American Airlines Federal Credit Union has decided to use the Artiva Recovery solution from Ontario Systems to manage its account receivables and help collect on past due accounts. The $3.9 billion CU will use the Muncie, Ind, company's automated workflow system to allow its management to prioritize accounts and enable representatives to work more of them each day, as well as empower a variety of productivity and recovery reports. The system will interface with the CU's core platform from Summit Information Systems using the Pathways Connection. "Our search began when our current collection system provider announced the product will not be supported in the future," said Angie Owens, AA Credit Union's vice president of special assistance and credit counseling. "We consistently look for new ways to more efficiently serve our members and this product will help us do that."
