SEATTLE – A Web-based content solution from Seattle-based Ingeniux Corp. is at the heart of a new bad-check management offering from the CO-OP Network, called Check Management Solutions. The new CO-OP Network service guides credit unions through an online interview process that allows them to identify a check-loss issue and then use the system to provide the proper procedures, forms and letters for the specific problem, the companies say. The Ingeniux Content Management System is XML-based, allowing applications and content and applications of disparate formats to work together. The 1,500-credit union CO-OP Network chose it because of its Web-based document storage and management capabilities and ease of use for credit unions. "Check Management Solutions provides credit unions with the tools they need to follow the correct legal recourse for any check-loss recovery issue," said CO-OP Network CEO Robert Rose. "The online system can also guide credit unions through preventative steps that will minimize any future losses."
