MDC Now Into CRM

MADISON, Wis. – MEMBERS Development Company’s latest focus is Customer Relationship Management. MEMBERS Development, owned by CUNA Mutual and credit unions, is an R&D firm that uses its credit union owners as a gauge for what products and services there is a need for in the industry. The company has had varying success over the years. For instance its trust efforts resulted in MEMBERS Trust Company, which is gaining strength, yet other ventures like account aggregation haven’t proven as successful. In this latest deal, MDC is partnering with Inforte Corp., a strategy consulting firm, and Onyx Software Corp., to develop a new CRM product for credit unions. MDC says the new product will create a 360-degree view of members and can help credit unions save time and money. There will be a one-hour Webinar on at 2:30 p.m. EDT on June 3 for credit unions to learn about MDC’s new CRM solution.
