ROSWELL, Ga. – Ownersite Technologies is offering credit unions a branded version of its Web-based vehicle maintenance and expense-tracking system. The service allows members to keep their vehicle maintenance and expense records online in a user-friendly format, while offering the CU itself the opportunity to deepen its relationship with the member, said Steve Eppinger, president and CEO of Atlanta-based Ownersite. Members benefit by tracking up to four vehicles at once through the credit union's Web site, regardless of where they were purchased. The institution, meanwhile, can target offerings to the member based on ownership profile and purchase habits, as well as benefit from increased visits by the member to the CU's site, Eppinger said. He said the retail version of Ownersite, at Ownersite.com, has more than 15,000 registered users. The new CU version is at www.ownersite.com/cu.cfm.
