CAMP PENDELTON, Calif – The Pacific Marine Credit Union Board didn't have to look too far to find its next president/CEO. The $380 million credit union has promoted Executive Vice President Dave Davis to President/CEO. Davis fills the void left by the recent death of Lou DeCarlo, who served as president/CEO for over 29 years. Starting off his credit union career at Rohr FCU in 1979 and joining PMCU in 1989, Davis has over 25 years of credit union experience. He earned a B.A. in Education from Wichita State University prior to serving in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. After his Naval service he stayed in San Diego and earned a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University. Davis is also a graduate of the CUES CEO Institute.
