The Wisconsin Credit Union League, Pewaukee, has named Kay Hinkens operations/consulting department consultant; Dustin Stone director of information systems; and Jeremy Yardley product and service manager for WCUL Service Corp. First American Credit Union, Beloit, Wis., has promoted Tracy Blaske to vice president of operations. In addition, Blaske was elected as Director of the 13th district of the Wisconsin Credit Union League. Dane County Credit Union, Madison, Wis., has promoted Jon Lowrey to executive vice president.
