DULUTH, Minn. – Recent approval to expand for $74 million Duluth City & County Employees Credit Union could potentially boost its 9,300-member base to 25,000 new members and $109 million in assets over the next decade. The credit union's new community charter allows anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in St. Louis County here join, said Carol Snoeyenbos, Duluth City & County Employees CU marketing manager. The credit union was originally chartered in 1928 to serve employees who work in Duluth here.
