INDIANAPOLIS – Members of the Indiana Credit Union League can being offering their own members courtesy pay services powered by the JMFA Overdraft Privilege program. The service from Houston-based John M. Floyd & Associates (www.overdraftprivilege.org) is being offered by Servicecorp, a subsidiary of the Indiana Credit Union League representing more than 200 credit unions. “As a credit union-owned cooperative organization that networks collective business volume to offer affordable products and services, Servicecorp is well-positioned to match this product with the credit unions whose members will benefit from its availability,” said Connie Curtis, chief operating officer for Servicecorp. Other credit union groups marketing the JMFA Overdraft Privilege Program, the company said, include Alabama, Florida, Hawaii, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Vermont, as well as the Credit Union League of the West, and CUNA and Affiliates. “This discreet service avoids the embarrassment of members `making good' on a share draft or check with a valued retailer,” said CEO John M. Floyd.
