NEW ORLEANS – The Education Credit Union Council Inc. recently named Constance Kennelly, president/CEO of Tulane-Loyola FCU as its new president. The Council is a national association of credit unions that includes educators, administrators and support staff within their fields of membership. The Council represents more than 8.3 million members and $44.5 billion in total assets. Kennelly was named president at the Council's recent annual conference in Tampa, Fla. Chartered to serve employees of Tulane University and Medical Center, the credit union acquired LaSalle FCU, which previously served employees at Loyola University. Today, Tulane-Loyola FCU serves 4,656 members and has $11 million in assets.
