DENVER – The Colorado Financial Services Board will hold a public hearing on April 23 to consider an application from Norlarco CU to expand its field-of-membership to include residents of Larimer County. According to Norlarco's application, the estimated population of Larimer County is 253,137, but the credit union estimates that at least 80% of the county's population is already in its FOM because it is approved to serve the residents of Fort Collins, Estes Park, Drake, Masonville, Laport, Bellvue, Timnath and part of Loveland. Norlarco has more than $270 million in assets and approximately 45,704 members.
