ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – PSCU Financial Services is adding interactive voice alert notification to its lineup of member outreach solutions, the CUSO says. The functionality is part of the voiceREACH platform from Xpedite System, and will allow member credit unions to use personalized, secure voice messages and e-mails to alert their members to such things as credit card billing information, PIN activations and late payment notifications. PSCU Financial Services has been using communications products from Atlanta-based Xpedite Systems since 1998, said Jim Major, the CUSO's director of communications for emerging services. "Their solution suite is ideally suited for helping our credit unions more efficiently reach out to their membership to deliver high-value, high-volume content like voice messages informing of late payments, credit statements and newsletters," Major said.
