GLASTONBURY, Conn. – Open Solutions Inc. has beefed up its offerings to the growing credit union business services market with a new release of its e-commerce product suite. A QuickBooks interface and new ACH origination features are among the enhancements to e-Commerce Banker 5.0, the company said, as is check image access through research and reporting functions. Other enhancements focus on core data processing, including the ability to automatically include Internet banking at account opening. The changes result from critical client input in the development process, OSI executives said. “We allow them to participate in determining release content by conducting a formal voting process before any development work starts to ensure that we are in sync with our clients’ needs,” said David Mitchell, vice president of business development and marketing for Open Solutions’ e-Solutions Group.
