BROOKFIELD, Wis. – According to documents filed with the SEC, Fiserv President and CEO Les Muma realized $11 million in gains after exercising over 370,000 stock options last year. Muma's salary last year was up to $815,000 compared to $775,000 in 2002, according to the filing. Another Fiserv exec, Kenneth Jensen, Fiserv's Senior Executive VP, Treasurer and CFO, realized gains of $8.3 million through the exercise of over 284,000 options. Fiserv is the largest provider of data processing services to credit unions with seven data processing subsidiaries.
