ELKHART, Ind. – Michiana Credit Union, a division of Bayer Federal Credit Union and Chiphone Federal Credit Union have joined forces to offer members two credit union options in one branch facility. The lodge-inspired branch features an Internet Caf remote teller stations and a children's play area. According to Michiana CU President/CEO Dallas Bergel, the concept branch is a first for the area. With the branch set to open on February 26, an advertising campaign that plays up other great combinations like peanut butter and jelly or cookies and milk has helped spread the word about the new facility.
