OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – CheckClear LLC, the owner and operator of the Endpoint Exchange Network announced today that Jack Henry & Associates, parent of credit union data processor Symitar Systems, will offer its clients an image based check clearing and settlement solution through the National Clearing House Association (NCHA) and CheckClear's Endpoint Exchange Network. Through the alliance, Jack Henry will introduce solutions that are in compliance with the recent Check 21 legislation. "We are seeing more and more check processing outsourcers and financial institutions turning to check image exchange," said Fred Redeker, President and CEO of NCHA. "Replacing the air and ground transportation-dependent check clearing and settlement system with digital check image exchange will not only lower transaction costs but accelerate the process of collecting funds, allowing the new member institutions to multiply its value."
