The building was completed in 1987. Georgia Central The building will be complete in April. It will be the headquarters of Georgia Federal Credit Union (building owner) and also house the headquarters for Georgia Central Credit Union and the Georgia Credit Union League. In addition, CUNA Mutual’s Southeast Regional office will be located at this address. Georgia Central will lease approximately 9,000 square feet and move in on May 22. Iowa League Corporate Central CU West Des Moines, Iowa 90,000 sq ft First part (south section) was built in 1985 Remainder (north section) was built in 1987 Kansas Corporate Wichita, Kansas 7,000 square feet Occupied since March 2000 Kentucky Corporate Louisville, Kentucky The corporate leases 2,366 square feet in the Kentucky Credit Union League’s Building, which was built in 1970 and has a total of 13,600 square feet. Louisiana Corporate Metairie, La. Louisiana Corporate occupies 3,000 square feet of office space on the top floor of the Executive Towers Building overlooking Lake Pontchartrain in Metairie, Louisiana. LACORP has been in this space since July, 1996. Mid-Atlantic Corporate Middletown, Pa. 60,000 square feet Built in 1998 Mid-States Corporate Naperville, Ill. 60,000 square feet Occupied since July 2000 Midwest Corporate Bismarck, N.D. 1,700 square feet on the second floor of the ND CU League building. Built in 1979. Missouri Corporate Missouri Corporate occupies approximately 2,600 square feet of office space in this building, which is also home to the Missouri Credit Union Association and some other small businesses. The building is roughly 20,815 square feet in size, and was built in 1979. After an extensive renovation, Missouri Corporate moved into the building in 1989. Southeast Corporate Tallahassee, Florida 11,000 square feet Occupied since 1988 (SECORP is in the process of looking for a new headquarters; expected move is in 2005). Southwest Corporate Dallas, Texas Southwest Corporate currently leases approximately 48,000 square feet. The corporate has preliminary plans to more than double that space when it builds a new headquarters in 2005. SunCorp Westminster, Colorado SunCorp occupies the entire fifth floor, 30,000 square feet. Occupied since Feb. 2003 Treasure State Corporate Helena, Montana The corporate uses about 790 square feet of space. The corporate has been sharing the building with the Montana CU Network since 1977. TriCorp Westbrook, Maine Built and occupied in 1989. It is called the Credit Union Service Center building and houses the Maine League, Synergent (the league’s service corp.), TRICORP and the Insurance Trust. Each owns their own “condominium”. Tricorp’s condo is 6,900 square feet. U.S. Central CU Lenexa, Kansas 128,000 square feet U.S. Central broke ground for this facility in May 2001, and moved in October 2002. VolCorp Brentwood, Tenn. 18,600 square feet Built August 2002 WesCorp San Dimas, California 98,505 square feet Built in 1990 WesCorp purchased it in 1992 and occupied it in May 1993. One trend in the corporate credit union network in recent years has been corporates marketing beyond their traditional field-of-membership. With most corporates having national FOMs it’s not uncommon for corporates to have CU members from all over the country. But corporates make their headquarters in just one state.
