PLANO Texas – Fiserv is definitely stepping up its investment in IntegraSys. Fiserv acquired what is now IntegraSys from EDS last year. It became Fiserv’s seventh credit union data processing subsidiary. The IntegraSys executive team has been ramped up, many of the moves necessary as it builds its own infrastructure which it used to rely on EDS for. Joining president Scott Butler are the following new execs: Dave Foster, CFO; and David P. Turner, CIO. In addition, the following have been promoted to fill out the exec team: Kay L. Hughes, Senior Vice President, Human Resources; Sara Brooks, Senior Vice President, Strategy, Marketing and Offering Development; Bryan Jeffrey Givens, Senior Vice President, Sales. The following individuals have been named as senior vice presidents for IntegraSys in addition to being general managers for the major business units they lead: Dave Campbell, Senior Vice President, General Manager, Charlotte, CUBICS and Wisdom; Albert J. Ku, Senior Vice President, General Manager, Premier; David J. Selina, Senior Vice President, General Manager, Virtual Branch, XRoads and Industry Services; and Anne Stauch, Senior Vice President, General Manager, CUBE
