LAS VEGAS – Nevada Federal Credit Union has staked its claim in a new $120 million office/retail complex currently under construction. The $678 million credit union is the first announced tenant of the "Rainbow Sunset Pavilion" and will occupy 2,000 square-feet. The 23-acre site will be comprised of 12 buildings housing 80,000 square-feet of retail stores and 400,000 square-feet of office space. Landscaped courtyards, walkways and circle drives will connect the complex. The project will be constructed in three phases. The initial phase is scheduled for completion by mid-2004.
