MAPLE GROVE, Minn. – CU Realty, a subsidiary of CU Companies Inc. which is owned by 38 metro area CUs and which provides full real estate services to CU members, has opened a satellite office at TopLine FCU’s Maple Grove branch. TopLine is one of the owners of CU Companies. In addition to CU Realty, the company has four other subsidiaries including CU Mortgage, CU Title, CU Preferred Investments, and CU Members Insurance. Harry Carter, president/CEO of TopLine said the decision to offer space to CU Realty “was a strategic one for us. When we heard they were looking for a satellite location, it was logical for us to open our doors to them. Our members have always had the opportunity to take advantage of the superior real estate services and exceptional listing rates CU Realty offers. Now they will have convenient access to the services right where they bank. The CU Realty satellite office is being staffed by two company representatives.
