PLANO, Texas – Credit union data processor IntegraSys, a Fiserv subsidiary, and John M. Floyd & Associates have formed a strategic alliance. IntegraSys will be adding Floyd's Overdraft Privilege program to its product menu. IntegraSys clients will enjoy reduced pricing as part of the deal. Floyd has been making a number of such alliances with CU leagues, but this is its first with an IT vendor. IntegraSys has overdraft protection features built into its systems, but Floyd's software will provide analytical and consulting tools to making an overdraft program profitable, said IntegraSys President Scott Butler. Floyd's program helps CUs implement, market and sell overdraft protection. Three IntegraSys CU clients have already signed up for the product.
