MADISON, Wis. – CUNA Mutual Group Chief Technology Officer Steve Haroldson has announced his retirement. Haroldson has had a 38-year career with the company, joining in 1965 within CUNA Mutual's Information Technology Services (ITS) division. Succeeding Haroldson is Rick Roy, who most recently served as SVP and general manager at Milwaukee-based Metavante, an IT company serving financial services companies. Haroldson was involved in many different areas at the company over the years, including as head of facilities management and corporate real estate, corporate research, re-engineering/reinvention,strategic planning, and corporate project management. He also served as executive assistant to former president and CEO Richard "Doc" Heins and for current president and CEO Mike Kitchen.
