ASAE Honors NAFCU's Operation: Helping Hand

ARLINGTON, Va.-NAFCU made the American Society of Association Executives Honor Roll for its Operation: Helping Hand program earlier this year. Operation: Helping Hand raised $80,000 for the Army Emergency Relief, Air Force Aid Society, Coast Guard Mutual Assistance and Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society. The programs provide emergency assistance to the military and their families. This was the first round of judging for ASAE’s 2004 Associations Advance America Awards program, now in its 14th year. The awards recognize “associations and industry partners that advance American society with innovative programs in education, skills training, standard setting, business and social innovation, knowledge creation, citizenship and community service.”
