CEFCU, Peoria, Ill., has named Mark Spenny, chief lending officer/president of CEFCU Financial Services; Debbie Sheehan, vice president of market development; Keith Reynolds, member business services manager; Dennis Forcum, Sheridan Village Member Center manager; Katrina Heigert, CEFCU Financial Services brokerage operations manager; and Lynn Johnston Chillicothe Member Center manager. Three Rivers Federal Credit Union, Fort Wayne, Ind., has promoted Stacy Novotny to in-store branch sales administrator. Research Federal Credit Union, Warren, Mich., has promoted Wanda Hayes to Renaissance Center branch manager. In addition, RFCU has named Claire M. Hirt assistant branch manager of the Renaissance Center branch Franco Public Relations Group.
