DETROIT -The winds of change have swept up GASCO Employees Credit Union. The $64 million credit union will not only change its name to Premier Financial Credit Union effective February 4, but it will also relocate its headquarters from Detroit to Clinton Township. In January, a new data processing system, which will enable the credit union to offer such new services as Internet banking is set to be installed. "We feel that our new name supports our strategic objectives and are confident the new name, new office, new system and new attitude will make us an excellent financial resource in the community," said Premier Financial CU President/CEO Jim Safian.
