ALEXANDRIA, Va. – During its November closed board meeting, the NCUA Board unanimously approved the merger of Mid-States Corporate and Minnesota Corporate. Minnesota Corporate's members still have to vote on the merger, which is expected to take place in December. The merger will create a $5 billion corporate, with Mid-States' current assets at approximately $4.1 billion and Minnesota Corporate having approximately $826 million.
