DULUTH, Ga. – The $1.5 billion Georgia Central has awarded its member credit unions a $315,000 patronage dividend. It will be paid out based on a credit union's investment and deposit activity with the corporate. It will be awarded before the end of the year. Georgia Central is awarding a portion of the dividend to the Georgia CU League's Progress Fund, which will be used to raise awareness of CU issues among government officials, media and civic organizations.
