NEW ORLEANS – TWS Systems, an ATM deposit management and transaction processing firm, unveiled a new real-time fraud prevention solution, ALERTMANAGER BY TWS, at BAI’s Retail Delivery show. TWS is a major player in the credit union industry with approximately 400 clients including six of the top 10 by assets. TWS President/CEO Milton King said with more community charters coming in the industry and the ability to serve business accounts, more community banks are starting to realize the competitive threat CUs pose. King’s firm serves banks as well and he said believe it or not, at a user’s conference this year, the bank and CU leaders got along very well. TWS also announced that it enhanced its IMAGECENTER solution to be more conducive for Check21. “Credit unions are way ahead of banks with truncation, but then we see banks way ahead of credit unions in the commerce,” said King. -
